Interviews of WebRTC personas and companies becomes a norm.
I started off with my WebRTC related interviews a year ago. It was quite a win – getting Serge Lachapelle from Google to talk about WebRTC. Since then, I had almost 30 interviews here, and I do plan on continuing with them.
Lately I’ve noticed others starting to interview people about WebRTC- something I see very positively. We are trying as a community to understand more about the technology and its uses and for that we need a variety of viewpoints.
Here are 4 interviews that happened elsewhere and are very interesting to read:
- Steve Smithwick of Teledini (he was interviewed here) interviewed Carl Ford on his thoughts around WebRTC
- Victor Pascual from webrtcH4cKS interviewed Iñaki Baz about what’s wrong with WebRTC’s API
- Chris Kranky is doing a great job lately with bringing the stories of a variety of WebRTC companies. He has a story/interview with Feross Aboukhadijeh of peerCDN around the data channel
- And then there’s WebRTC World, with a large selection of content. Here is an interview they did with Alan Percy of AudioCodes
We should have more interviews, more use cases, more opinions our there. WebRTC is still young (just look at the shopping list of changes for WebRTC in the upcoming Chrome 30).

On another note, bumped into this WebRTC presentation and had to share:
