AWS doesn't have enough data center locations to be worth the trouble for WebRTC. The problem is, there's no one else either.
With two WebRTC plugins out there, it is time to decide: Do we want an open source plugin for IE, or a free to use plugin for IE and Safari? Not any easy decision to make.
